Let's just give him 10 hp + 5hp/rank until he go up to 50% win rate ? plz.
I mean it's really annoying to have a new champion who is nearly unplayable because of pure number.
No risk that this heal start to become OP anywhere soon. So let's just make him a decent healer. Sure you could tweaks other numbers instead. But just don't forget him in a corner please. He's fun to play he just need 5% more win rate. Everything else is fine in my opinion.

Slowly adjusting him to 50% wouldn't hurt anybody.

Cronofuge1 votesWell the heal on his W may be minor but the speed boost is really nice, and if you start W level 1 you can set up 3 shrines at the turret and 1 for your jungler before the game begins. The amount of healing that gives is... ok and is balanced out by the lack of offensive potential but if the numbers were higher it may be overbearing, allowing the adc to take dumb trades and get away with it by sheer sustain.
Bard just requires some outside-of-the-box thinking to function, I have a friend who plays league differently than most players and he is currently 20-10. The games are mostly normal draft at high gold - low diamond mmr.
