Any update on Abyssal Scepter rework?

I really like the one that's on the PBE, but Riot seems to have forgotten about it for the past few months.

I'm curious as to why it's still on the PBE, then, if they have no plans to continue with it? At the very least, you could make them separate items with different purposes (the current one modified to be a more offense-oriented buy for assassins, the PBE one a stronger pickup on people who would rather be a little bulkier )

i think the one that's been shelved would make for a much better buy on AP bruisers (and it's also amazing on the upcoming Mordekaiser rework) that already like to buy it. Are there any plans to do anything with it, or is it just going to sit on the PBE until they remember to remove it?
