Play Riven and use your abilities as much as you can. All of the graphs show that the the number of times a Riven player casts their spells is directly connected to their ranking.

However it must be said that accuracy probably matters too....
People win by button mashing in fighting games, but eventually the random mashing becomes ineffective (I think)...
