New anti burst item idea for squishy champions.

B.F. belt cost: + + 400 gold = 2400 gold +800 hp Unique passive: If an enemy attack will do at least 25% of your maximum hp, its damage will be reduced by 70% and you will gain 20 armour and mr for 2 seconds. (40 second cooldown) This item is meant to address the insane amounts of frontloaded damage in the game, especially first auto attack stacking. It will not help tanks who are getting dps'd down.

I think you have the right idea, but the answer is not an item. It is Riot taking a serious look at how the new Runes and Lethality have changed this game. From my experiences, the majority of individuals find Season 8 to be pitiful, but Riot doesn't appear to have any initiative to fix the mistakes they have brought about within the last year.

Here's the issue with this item: it gives no damage. No carry will have any desire to build this over The Bloodthirster or Guardian Angel. BT does a similar job by giving you a shield, but it also is tied with IE for the highest single AD item in the entire game and gives the most lifesteal out of any single item in the entire game. GA also does the same job, but also offers damage and armor just normally, without needing to trigger the passive to exist. Why Double Giant's Belt and not Giant's Belt + B F Sword? Or why not fix first auto stacking altogether by making Stormrazor and Duskblade no longer stack?

I want it to be available to ad and ap champions. Also, carries have always built guardian angel or banshee's veil even when they were pure defensive items.
