What the fuck was the thought process behind this? Did he really need all that free CDR added to items he normally builds, the massive buff to his dodge, and the ridiculous amount of synergy with some of these keystone masteries?

maybe not, but let's stick with the system level changes, as they are Over all, better.

I mean, we can always rebalance around the new system.
