People are missing the point on the minion mechanic

Yes the minions on the winning team will push to your tower. On the brightside, that means you can basically farm under tower forever and ask your jungle for ganks.

Anyways, to be 3 levels behind, you must be incredibly behind, and you should be grateful that the minion will come under your tower and the enemy laner wont just freeze it where he can kill you if you come to cs.

this is a little bit shortsighted. because while youre "safely" farming under your tower, youre giving up map control. the enemy can freely take your jungle and objectives while youre busy trying to hold back the minions that constantly threaten your turrets in every lane.

ever played against a constantly splitpushing team? its pretty much like that. only that they dont actually have to take the risk of getting caught pushing.

you cant group and make a play without losing a turret to minions at least somewhere.

By the way, its average level. So basically your ENTIRE team has to be behind for it to become active.

or the enemy team just slightly ahead. i havent seen much of a restriction. basically if both teams are all lvl 14 except for 1 guy whos lvl 15, the empowered minions would kick in.

Also this is in the Patch notes:

UPDATE: We froze the pushing changes below at the last minute, so these won't be going live in 5.22. They'll make their official debut in 5.23!

You're assuming that if you ask for ganks, you'll get them.

I've had far too many games where we were pushed under turret the entire laning phase and never got a single gank.
