Nah, the problem is that everyone knows Janna is super easy, she is designed to be so and it's not surprising she has such win rate and pick rate. The problem is that vayne is considered high skill ceiling champion and yet she still has crazy win-pick rate.

Also she is made to be dps dealer being able to blow up tanks and bruisers but she is also able to kill squishy in 2 aa with her Q and ultimate. I doubt if it's fair that high mobile, hard to catch dps dealer with average range for an adc can kill adc or assassin in 2 seconds.

Champions like Annie, Janna, Sona have always had such win rate because it is easy to use their full potential, noone has ever said that it is fine but in vayne case 90% casual players using only a part of her possibilities have great win rate. Is that ok? I don't think so.

Of course Janna has a better winrate. Loads of ADC-Players see Gosu doing amazing stuff on Vayne so they play Vayne too - and do really bad. But instead of accepting that Vayne is maybe mechanically to hard to play at a decent level for most players in lower elos, they keep playing her. There is a valid reason why "Vaynespotting" is a real thing.

Janna however is mechanically quite easy. well, actually there is some advanced stuff that's not THAT easy but using E on your ADC, point-and-click W when chasing and using R to heal around you is easy to do and still has quite the impact. Failing your condemn as Vayne however often means you are dead as does tumbling in at the wrong time.

Playing with a "bad" Janna means losing 2-3 kills because she saved them with her R and losing out on some damage because she shielded full HP Malphite instead of the fed Jinx or something like that. On the other hand, playing with a bad Vayne means you effectively playing 4v5 without and ADC.

I can't remember the last time Janna wasn't strong. Outside of the laningphase that is; I don't play botlane. In my eyes, she's just consistantly a really strong champion. Her being strong is no news. Vayne oneshotting things is new.
