Teemo is a toxic garbage champion that shouldn't exist

He follows the same design philosophy as . These are all champions intentionally made to be as frustrating as possible to face. Despite Riot considering toxic champions to be grounds for a rework, they still buff and let these garbage champions be viable with a few exceptions. If the champion is unpopular Rito has no issue with trashing said champion, but it's the other way around if the champ is popular: $$$ talking.

Remind me: Why does this sewer rat still have his zero counterplay blind? Why is he allowed to solely ruin the enjoyment of anyone playing top along with his brother rat-demon?

You can cleanse his blind. Rushing MR against him ruins him. can actually make his autos heal you. Especially with dorans shield. Don't forget to take Out sustaining his harass makes him totally useless in lane.

He's also just really busted right now because of runes and will be getting nerfed soon.

Look man, I ain't saying you can't build against him, what I'm saying is, his design is so bad that you'd rather quit the game than keep playing when you face this champion.
