Stop banning the champ i want to play

If i ask you in champ select to not ban ivern why the heck are you banning him? Even after i said i learned him through pbe. Do people in this game seriously not know what pbe is? "i learned him through pbe" "he just came out you couldnt have possibly learned him" Hello??? PBE? Even if i have a bad game on him i promise you ill have a far worst game if im tilted and hating my team before the game even starts. Why would i want to help your lane if you troll me and be a jerk to me?

If it's Ranked, new champions should honestly be banned by Riot for the first week. Trying to play new champions in Ranked the first week is you banking on them being so OP you can Solo Carry despite your team not knowing how to interact with you.

As someone with a PBE account, having a PBE account in no wise means you're ready for Ranked with that champion. You're lucky to even get the new champion on the PBE, and you're playing with people who are just doing whatever (testing new skins for champions they've never played, odd builds, etc.) I consider the PBE worse experience for ranked than Blind Pick.

Go play Normals for a week, then I can understand the frustration if someone bans the new champion.

Even if you know the champ doesn't mean other people know him. In ranked games, their unfamiliarity with this champion could cost him the game, regardless of how experienced you may be on him. It's always safe to never play a new champ or a new rework in ranked until most people get to know how to work with it.

If i ask nicely not to ban my champ and they ban him anyways thats fucked up and that will be more likely to cost the game then them not knowing my champ

If you can't play a champion that's been out longer than 24 hours with some degree of proficiency you don't belong in Ranked anyway.

Indeed rule 1 for new Riot released champions DO NOT PLAY IN RANKED for atleast 2-3 months.

Go Janna jungle instead and let them know its your first time trying it. If they complain, tell them it's because your team didn't like the jungle you picked that you had more experience with

While people do try in PBE for the most part PBE is where people go to play League when their either drunk or playing that Dare game where you build garbage items on champions that it wouldn't make much sense to build with. Long story short PBE just isn't a place to learn a champion on because your team and opponents are most likely either to busy twerking,texting, or drunk to pay attention.
