okay so, Q immediatly after auto connects, that parts mega easy
but the very detailed guide I'm looking at says "click, then attack enemy" and they're clicking backwards away
is the clicking away necessary? is NOT clicking on the enemy necessary? Why don't i want to click on them if by the time I click away and on them riven's still in Q animation? Pls halp riven pros i'm wanting to learn this champ so i can be toxic too
and in general when do you hydra?

he'd auto, Q, move the mouse in the opposite direction of the red and right click, then would come back to the red buff and right click it

In it after the Q he moves his mouse away to right click, then back to red. Is moving it away necessary?
Goodest Gamer1 votesIt's not necessary unless you're going for some quick damage output then looking to gtfo. Think of me laning vs Darius as riven. I wanna get some q auto attacks in and dip before he manages to land q or his multiple auto attacks on me. By facing my self from his direction after the combo I can either go back in or run out faster than just Qing in at the target three times. You don't lose anything I believe .

is clicking NOT on them and quickly back on them necessary for going auto>q>auto? If i want to auto>q>auto can i just spam right click on them or is it slightly faster to click on the ground first?
Goodest Gamer1 votesIt's like kiting but melee form. Yes it's like preemptively deciding but u lose nothing if u pull it off correctly. It's slightly faster and easier when I click on the ground so that my character is almost reacting to my click easier. Dekar173 has mastered this so much that he clicks on the ground so many times during fights and laning . It's pretty damn useful and it helps u animation cancel SO much easier
Goodest Gamer1 votesHydra isn't worth it anymore. I normally have 15 percent cdr when the game starts with runes and masteries and go cleaver you mous then whatever I need to survive in teamfights . Hex drinker qss guardian angel can do wonders
