I think it is well proven now that irelia's tuning was poorly handled

I have said this from early on when her kit received PBE-VGU nerfs to being able to jungle well before release. It was even called out that parts of the kit will be killed and will simply be ignored until the community loses the will to try and bring it up again. The jungle excuse was that riot didn't want to take away from her top lane. The excuse of only buffing the minion damage of the Q was that riot didn't want to make her short trades to bursty. Now she is put into purgatory even below the likes of ryze who still to this day will see pro play in his current state. Of course the community had their outcry, but they have lost their will in thinking that riot cares, or is even competent in understanding the issues with the kit and the mistakes from the vgu.
