More Jungle Items?

Does anyone think there should be more Jungle items? I mean, when it comes to laners they have quite a variety of items to choose from depending on the champion. But that fact that there's only 4 jungling items and 4 enchantments, it feels pretty limiting. Like, the whole Runeglaive thing stirred up quite a bit of discussion. Many people responded with, "Why not keep both?"

Should there be more jungle items and enchantments?
