Can we please update Miss Fortune's VO?

Miss Fortune in the lore has so much depth, so much character. Her VO in the game is so shallow and lacking; it doesn't say anything about her character. I was hoping when her VU was done, they would've have also updated her voiceovers. Nope. They need to **merge **the two characters. In Burning Tides, we see that the regular Miss Fortune we see in game is a facade. As it progresses we see her true intentions and character. Shadow and Fortune builds upon that even more.

I'd love her having sensual lines like she's trying to stay "in character" but also having lines that "break character" as well. MF is quickly becoming one of my favorite champions, especially through the lore, but in game she's literally a walking pair of boobs. I would have loved if Captain Fortune was a Legendary skin complete with new VO too. Anyway. rito plz?

(Though I can understand if you can't get the same actress for MF)

It's a little more complicated as MF's old lore was a lot more lighthearted than the "grimdark" new lore. It made sense for her to be a flirt because it was a more lighthearted tale. Her ingame dialogue is just another victim of the Great Retcon.

While I would like her VOs to be updated (as they should have, with a REAL VU, not this Alistar/Maokai/Shen crap), most likely they're not going to. Plus, if they did that, that would just be one more amazing laugh to cut from the game.

We lost Twitch's laugh, we lost Gangplank's amazing laugh, and Miss Fortune's laugh is now the greatest in the game. It'd be a shame for that to go the way of the dodo as well.

It's not that her voice is shallow, it's just outdated. Old MF was more comical.

Yes, please. Captain Fortune is good as is, but I wouldn't complain if it got an upgrade. It would be even better if she'd stop saying something about a "Summoner" like that's actually a thing she'd be aware of (given that, y'know, the IoW doesn't exist anymore). In place of that, some hints of the depth of character we've seen in The Burning Tides and Shadow & Fortune would be much appreciated. Agreed.

Goodness, yes! I'd love to play her (for the kit, I swear), but her voice-over is infuriating to listen to!

Agreed, her voice is kind of grating. A lot of the female voice-overs in this game are just awful, and Miss Fortune is up there with the likes of Evelynn and Sivir. I was surprised while reading Shadow and Fortune that they didn't make a reference to her breasts or something, and that they actually gave her a personality (I haven't finished reading Burning Tides yet).

Also, her 'strut' passive really just feels like an excuse to watch her hips sway. As one person pointed out: Miss Fortune is supposed to be a bounty hunter. Maybe give her a passive with ties to that instead?

She could use more/different lines, but if they replace her voice actress I'm literally never playing this game again.

I'm sorry but that woman has the perfect voice to represent MF and I wouldn't be able to play her if it ever changed.

Miss Fortune is the only ADC I play, and the only champion I have R5 mastery on other than my true love Sona. If her VO is ruined in anyway I will personally destroy Riot HQ, as her flirty personality and most importantly the laughter (and the chuckle when activating Impure Shots) is what makes me love her and I envision what I would act like if I was a baddass b*$%# strutting my fine self around Summoners Rift.

Like someone else already mentioned, I read this as "please strip out MF's flirtiness and make her tough badass assertive female protagonist #2422" and if that happens I'm burning down Riot. Fair warning.

If they could also fix her ridiculous spaghetti arms that would be really cool Her animations always make me cringe :(. Hopefully she'll get a proper VU someday.
