Why can't you queue as 4 in Flex

Flex is already a clown fiesta where friends just go and mostly just troll, nobody takes it seriously as a queue anymore, why is 4 man still disabled there? It can't be only because of "toxicity", right?

it might be to encourage more solo and duo players to queue up in flex but i have no clue because I can't find the raw data.

Solo/Duo players go into SoloQ, an actual serious queue that show your skills not into Flex where you get a shitshow everygame.

Yeah, but SoloQ exist now, FlexQ is just an optional queue for... something I guess?
