Nami; A Small Change
Nami is a gold reliant support, which is a massive issue since supports are suppose to work with little to no gold; but what we could is make her utility mage side more viable without increasing her power at all. Because if Nami functions better as a utility mage because of her gold reliancy then its better to have her as such, since she is currently not weak, just needs a small change to get played even if it is in a different position her role to the team will still be the same.
Ebb and Flow (W): Besides for what it already does now upon casting on champions, the idea is allowing this ability to be used on minions and monsters with an unique effect than the champion bouncing damage/heal that it has now. Again an additional option and not a new spell altogether just to clarify.
If Ebb and Flow is used on a non-champion it will sploosh in a large area [approx. 800 units] to deal 100/150/200/250/300(+80%AP) magic damage to all enemies struck (33% damage against champions) and lower Ebb and Flow's cooldown by 20/25/30/35/40% [so minion/monster cooldown would be 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds instead of 10 seconds; then normal cooldown reduction is applied].
This will allow a tool for waveclear and allow Nami to get farm sacrificing her heal to do so, so you trade your utility of health sustain for the utility of wave clear. Plus since this is a target ability it will not hurt support Nami accidentally taking farm or pushing up the wave to go for harass. But this is how Nami can become viable without any significant changes to her kit or buffing her power, keeping her at her current power and how she feels to play as.
