Take Jhin to mid lane and you can stomp any immobile skill shot reliant champion
This is fucking ridiculous and shows how bad these champions have become.
Once you have Stormrazor, they literally cannot do anything against you. You can walk up and dumpster 60% of their health with a couple of autos, and there's no way for them to retaliate on you, because you're moving so fast that the only way you can get hit is personal error, no matter where they aim them.
These champions were not designed with the amount of movement speed we have in today's game. They really need to be brought up to par.

Enemy will always have barrier and the jungler will do a 3 gank + flash that will force a recall.
Then enemy mid hits 6-7 before you and you can't do anything back.
