Rather than "someone prove me wrong" you should probably consider giving reasons as to why you think Twisted Fate sucks. Because, how can someone "prove you wrong" if they don't know what points they can raise to do so?

His skillshots are easy to dodge.

Maybe so, but he only has one skillshot - which is three lines that can be cast at interesting angles, and if he truly wanted to ensure a hit, he could lead in with his Pick a Card Gold Card before throwing his Wild Cards.

As some extra points to raise to say that Twisted Fate doesn't suck - he can personally refill his mana pool with Pick a Card, he has both hard and soft crowd control (Pick a Card's Gold and Red Cards, respectively), he has an Auto-Attack Empowerment passive in place of his E, giving him versatility in builds (able to go AD/AS or AP), he has strong map presence and the ability to roam thanks to Destiny, and his Loaded Dice gives him an innately higher income than any other mages - which also compliments the AD/AS playstyle if you take Cull.

he literally has 1 skillshot which he can make undodgeable with an empowered stunning auto.

He is bad in lane because his roaming potential is so huge. TF wins by surviving lane then getting himself and his teammates fed. The point and click stun that is fairly spammable in teamfights is very powerful as well.

He's just like Shen . When you have an ultimate that is so impactful you can't ask for a powerful laning phase as well. TF is very good at what he is supposed to do.
