Bot laners are all buying Ninja Tabis right now, to not only build against the opposing laner but to also avoid getting killed by divers. What would you do to push ADs toward building berserker's greaves rather than this crap?
I'd start by taking some of the attack speed off of their popular items and loading onto berserkers' greaves, such as a couple or even 10% from an item like bork or PD and putting on greaves

A QoL change is a very minor change like adding a range indicator or fixing visuals to make them more clear.
The PBE change is very significant. Lower CD on her Q at early ranks is nice, lower mana cost on her W is very important especially in conjunction with the mana restoration added to her passive, and the new passive in general is a massive buff since she should have the AS buff active almost all the time if she's halfway competent.
