like srsly, his W sustain passive is disgusting, while the ad ratio that scales with the sustain made it even worse which I do not understand why riot even thought it was a good idea

CC him to trade with him then run, repeat this till hes dead.Split push away from him. CAMP HIM before he gets those items completed, that's hes weakest point..abuse it.
and for the love of god, don't duel a duelist. you wouldn't wanna go dueling Yugi from yugioh. He'll kick your ass so fast you won't even know it started.
