Hecarim question
I just played a game vs a Hecarim and he was able to ult OUT of CC. I know he can't be CCd while ulting, but should he be able to ult WHILE CCd? I don't recall ever seeing a Hec do that. Thanks in advance for the replies.

I think he has casted that just a quarter second before the CC was applied to him. Ping can also always influence in what it looks like if two things are casted at the same time.
