I had a match today where I bought Banner of Command 
and promoted a cannon minion with it. It proceeded down lane until it got to an Azir. He starts complaining in all chat that the minion is bugged because he can't kill it.
I laughed so hard I had tears.
Enemy Minion, I order you to die!
Minion: No
But, But, the order was given...
Banner is the greatest gift from Riot against an AP trying to split push. It's just...sad watching them struggle against it.

Try this in one for all vs tahm. When he tries to eat a promoted minion, it just gets out of his mouth and keeps going.
Banner of Command is one of the most underrated items in the game. I build it on my support every game.

The biggest LOL I had with Banner of Command was in URF. Most people picked AP champs in URF and I watched as piles of Banner'd up minions swarmed their base and they could do nothing about it. It was the best fun in URF that I had.
Also, 
is crazy good in URF.
best part is when buffing a cannon minion with baron buff. it's so far out of range they can't kill it when sieging and just laugh as the cannon minion takes down turret while they can't do anything.
Now if only we could activate it on eachother.

Bought this vs a full ap team and their vlad and brand spent time killing it in top while we went 5v3 pushing bot. I wish more ppl would buy it. I have gone zzrot and banner of command many times kind of as a troll tactic. Always try to convince support to buy them as well.
You gotta love that immunity to magic damage xD

Just imagine if promoted minions auto-taunted AP champs. They'd have no choice but to suffer.
