I like Lux and have played her a lot. I don't think she's inherently problematic, but I do think her early kill potential is too high for her safety in lane. I think Riot should look at her ult proccing her passive and possibly remove that at rank 1, proc for 50% damage at rank 2, and then full damage at rank 3. She has enough mana now to fish with Qs and will eventually land one even against very good dodgers. I think a guaranteed kill at that point in the game should at least require the "risk" of being in AA range and pulling off a more difficult combo.
