Every Vladimir player should be building Mejai's

If you don't you are playing him incorrectly. Afraid you'll die and lose some of your stacks? You have an escape on your w. Build armor if it's not enough: Banshee's, Zhonya's, etc.

Just came out of a game where I was doing 800+ magic damage mid game to the enemy and even made a Bard complain how op Vladimir was after I killed him in 2 hits. He didn't believe me when I told him it was because of the stacks( 25 x 5 AP + 20 AP = 145 AP).
