Shen gets punished too hard for using his ultimate in bot lane

I'm talking about top lane Shen. Say you're versus a Darius as Shen. You try to play passive, but he hooks you and gets a nice trade on you. Now you have a decision. You can either back and TP back to lane, but if you decide to use your ulti in bot lane, it leaves Darius a bunch of free time to get tower platings(probably 3). Or, you could stay in lane and risk dying and lose CS. I think Shen just needs a buff. Tower platings made his laning phase so much more complicated. Yes, sometimes Shen can manage to get a double kill and a drake for a good ulti usage, but that isn't always the case. Half the time, when you use your ulti, the enemy just backs off and your teammate lives. Just my opinion. What do you guys think? Does Shen need some love?

Yeah i respect shen players just for playing that champ when the odds are stacked against him ... I do think strong shen players can trade well mainly because people underestimate their shields but against someone like darius thats gotta be tough

they are already planning to buff shen btw.
personally id like to see more power being given to jungle shen.

Stand United doesn't need to be a 3 second channel, it's ridiculous. So many times I've tried to ult onto my ADC from top lane (or from fountain right after backing) and they're deleted before I can get there - whereas if I only had to channel for 1 second, I'd've landed my taunts on arrival and handed them a triple kill (or at least a double).

Luv u 2 bb! Top vs. Darius is a huge pita, but my insta-ban will always be Aatrox when I play Shen top.
