It will give her perma steath late game as long as she autos right after each Q. That isn't okay for an ADC with so much damage. And she has really good kiting too. She is fine as she is.

Baron Von Garen1 votesYou just explained what the guy you replied to said. Vayne's Q atm goes down to a 2 sec cd with no cdr.
This buff, at the minimum, will place it on a 1 second cooldown starting at level 9. If you have 1.00 attack speed, every auto can be a Q, and every Q gives you invisibility + dash + extra damage.
With 40% cdr, it will go down to 0.6 sec cd. Meaning if you get above 1.00 attack speed, you can still keep up with this. Triforce vayne may become a thing.
So technically it's not perma invisibility, but it's like fighting akali with an nonstatic location of shroud (vayne is the shroud), while also being able to 3 shot you from a safe distance.

Baron Von Garen1 votesI mean, only about 20 champs out of the 141 in the game have an ability to reveal champs. Only one that's an adc is cait. So if you're playing any of the other 85% of champs, it's basically like fighting akali.
Plus, vayne is ranged, dishes out a lot more dps, especially against bruisers/tanks, and she isn't confined to one area for her invisibility like akali is.
Tbh unless you're playing a really squishy champ, this new buff will make vayne more annoying than akali
