It's a very strange thing because I see Lissandra doing very well in plat bracket as a mid/top pick. especially as a counter to ultra-overpowered faceroll-easy characters like and but into straight-up broken characters like ... and her success compared to alternatives is fairly notable.

That being said, aside from those specific edge cases... she seems like utter garbage. So I agree that she needs buffs but she has a very specific niche that she fills effectively. I guess what I'm saying is; She's bad in almost every case except as a (Semi) counter (51% win rate against Zed, hueuhehuehue) to broken characters which makes her viable while not being viable... etc.

Yes, buff Lissandra.
