There will be a respawn change from 2:30 >>> 2:00 per non-buff camp, a 5% decrease in gold/xp per camp but a 12% increase in xp for pure farmers with optimized pathing.
As someone who likes to play raid boss Shyvana and show up half way through the game as a monster, this is a huge win for me! Farming junglers may actually be back next season!

Inb4 everyone becomes a Talon main. Steals both Raptor spawns ever game and you can't do anything about it cause he's got 4 levels and 2000 gold on you.
JG still shit compared to solo lanes. This does nothing just play Elise cause it doesn't matter if you're 4 levels behind if you hit a cocoon, your laner can one shot off that and you literally have to do nothing else.
