I've tried Tankstana and saw a lot of amazing progress with it, mainly because you can jump reset and plunge the enemy with a slow and on-hit effects.
Tank Vayne was an eye opener because of her true damage, and I think Trinity best synergized with her as you build tank items after.
Tanklyn used to be one of my favorites, but the nerf to her trap up-time killed it a lot.
So which ADC do you think can tank? Disregarding Urgot obviously.

and jsut go tank from there. It would help him deal a fair amount of damage, with constant poke. That and his new W allows more damage, and since you are going tank. Your E helps for going in or out.
