Swain feels weak

I really like swain I like his kit. I appreciate that a full e w q combo takes a lot of mana. What I don't appreciate is that it feels like the mana cost does not justify the damage. Especially when I always have to put myself in danger to use the full combo. I get that Q is strongest at max rank and you shouldn't use it early to clear but it's ridiculously weak. An even at max rank it takes 2 to 3 qs to clear a wave (through melee minion at max rank). Also, his early AA damage makes last hitting a real chore. I don't claim to be the best as CS but on almost every other champ I at least have 40-50 minions at 5 mins. On Swain I'm lucky to get 30. I feel like something has to change. Either buff the damage on Q so that I don't have to wait until its maxed to have standard Wave clear or buff his aa damage. Anyway just my mini rant. How do you feel about Swain?

Yeah they had to nerf him like 4 times because he was so strong in mid/bot until they saw his winrate drop 53% to 47%.

I would like to see a little buff too.

I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. I just feel like if it's going to cost so much for my spells they should be powerful kind of like the trade off for Syndra doing so much damage is that it's costs a hefty amount of mana. I don't think I've played a champion whose waveclear is that bad but I really like the champion.

Yeah that's why I said a little buff or else people will start abusing him again and then here comes the nerfs that will set him to galio's state.

Don't know if you remember but Swain was worth a minion when he came out

Reworked or OG?

I remember that he was really strong when they buffed him up after his reworked release (he was already strong but they added more DMG anyway)

Swain main here. He's incredibly weak early game and it's hard to farm against laners that can harass you easily but the late game pays for that. You can engage in the whole enemy team catch their adc hit the full combo zhonyas and then pop the ult which feels amazing when it works

Yeah when it works but there's so much damage in the game and his heal happens so slow idk just doesn't feel as rewarding
