Why is cut down being buffed ?
Damage increased from [4% to 10%] to [5% to 12%]
Tankier champs don’t already get shredded in no time with the amount of burst damage in the game ?

They should nerf the other 2 options to be honest.
Would be another example of them reducing damage.

it's weird that it'll now be stronger than last stand without you having to do anything as long as there's a massive HP difference

they're refusing to replace cut down + last stand with different runes because they want to keep themed runes for each precision triplet, so they're just gonna buff them until they challenge coup de grace's pickrate, which will probably take a while because they're niche in design and coup is more of a generalist rune, while cut down's meant to be a tank buster rune and last stand is, there, but it can be useful
Not like anyone picks Cut down right now.
what ever you do, dont go into pbe...the changes are...horrifying at most.
They probably just see that it hardly gets used and then they buff it, rather than putting any though into 'why' it's not used...
