What champions tilt you personally?
Just to clarify, the champion doesn't even have to be strong or OP.
Everyone has a few champions that just tilt them. Even if they have clear weaknesses and regardless if they're strong in the current meta.
I'll start with mine:
: I know, I know. He's an immobile mage that gets one spell rotation off in a team fight. I get it. But that feeling getting caught in his cage and knowing you're about to be 100-0'd by a 2/4/3 Veigar tilts me. I honestly think it has to do with his point and click nuke of an ult more than anything. Tilted me even more when his ult scaled with your AP. He has weaknesses, I know. Doesn't mean he doesn't tilt me though
: Yes, "lots of champs counter him". But if you don't counter him, its miserable. Starting off with the RNG crits from the very start. Try to trade with him and get crit twice without any crit items. Tilted. Its not like Jhin or Cait when you know their crit is up. It's just random. Absolutely nothing you can do to predict or play around it. Even if you dominate him in lane, he will eventually get to a point where you need to send at least two people to deal with him. Leave him alone in lane for 1 minute and he takes two towers. Yes, he's horrible in team fights. Yes, he's weak to CC. Yes, some niche top laners can kite him into oblivion. Still tilts me.

If I see this on my team I am instantly tilted.
"Why would you pick that adc? He doesn't deal any damage. Please let me adc... my late game carries actually deal damage"

, normally at the 20-25 minute mark, you suddenly outdamage everyone, and then you snowball. Then it's super easy to maintain pressure due to the immense safety and damage output Ez provides, and even 6-items-late-game, only hypercarries outscale him, even though he is considered a mid game champion.
I see that you're playing a melee top. I hope you like being permapushed at your inhibitor tower at 15 mins with this build 
I hate this champ because when ever they're on my team, all they want to do is farm top and DON'T PUSH THE LANE!
The LCS wannabes that cry and pout when the match doesn't even slightly go their way. Some would go as a far as spamming GG in all chat if the enemy gets first blood. Also they can be very rude to allies and enemies.
: Hi, i'll be your laning opponent for this match. Good luck trying to farm under tower while you dance around the 5-6 traps i set up under your tower. Oh if you step on them, prepared to get chunked by my empowered auto and Q combo. There is a difference between being a lane bully and being down right oppressive.
My Q damage is stupidly obnoxious at early levels. But please gloss over me and look at the real problems :)
Laning against LB is as enjoyable as slowly disemboweling myself and pulling out my intestines.

Nobody on your team has fun when he's on the enemy team
because the isolated area is unclear and he ends up doing 500 damage autos level 6 anyways
I can never win those Q mind games.
<-This guy right here. You could catch out his ADC with a shit ton of CC and DPS but then he just ults and all of your cool downs were completely wasted. Now him and his ADC turn on you and win the fight. Aggravating as hell!

Flat Out Too Strong, IDK how people still defend his @ss.
Because Hes Has Been Non Stopped Buffed to the point everyone is in denial about how overbearing he really is.
She is the teemo of Mid Lane in the sense that shes fuking brutal in lane. The part where she isnt like teemo is she is Completely Too Useful in team fights.

Completely Too Strong In General, Unstoppable Late Game Unless 1v3.
Bit too much Lane Presence Early On. Doesn't need Ult to kill you. Should Be better late game a bit worse early game.
. She is one of the few champions I can kill multiple times in the top lane and still out duel me an I play 
for a lot of the same reasons. Hyper mobile, deals a lot of damage and a global ultimate that is incredibly strong and hard to play around.
