What is the boards opinion about ZZrots portal?

While it received a hefty buff with anyone building alot of HP and the range the problem with this item still remains.

Who should build it? When should I build it? What item do I sacrifice to build it?

The question on who should build it falls mostly on supports, tanky utility toplaners or tanky utility junglers. Okay, but on specific champions? I cant honestly think about any other champions that would use this besides when proxying and maybe , but not building HP item early is kinda iffy even if it gives you alot of hybrid stats. It cant really replace for for example. The only time I can think this would be a good rush item against is because he deals deals alot of damage both trough autos and and ghouls base magic dmg. Its much better to build against mages early on. Supports generally have enough items to think about before even contemplating this item.

Okay, so its not an item that you rush, but why would you buy it later? I find it be to easy to find where it come from and just destroy the nest and when used in defensive position its not like a minion that can tank alot for your team(this also pushes the wave more slowly towards the enemy, but will push for as long as the minion is alive and will generate big waves). The damage is good on on towers, but its a win more item in a sense that it is only good when you are zoning them from destroying it which helps you destroy turrets that are fairly weak/nerfed already compared to previous seasons, at which point people usually concede turrets or you could just build alot more armor and tank the turrets. However it can be placed down and then TP for neutral objectives to avoid Auto pushes against you so it can be good in that sense.
