Since we are getting Kindred, why not show some PVE love to Quinn?

Yes, I said PVE and this is because I think that both Kitwise and thematically Quinn could be/is a decent jungler, but this could be done without buffing her in other roles.

But now might be a more appropriate time bring it up again, because riot will release a cookiecutter adc jungle.

Quinn is decent at jungling already and I am able to solo Krugs -> Wraiths -> Red -> Wolfs -> Blue -> Gromp before backing with her. You can even gank level 2 and 3 with her with above 75% hp.

However I feel that you need just that little added PVE incentive to make her jungling better if its added sustain from attacking marked monsters or added blind duration on monsters. Just something that makes jungling with her slightly smoother like how Kindred is.
