Can we rework Kha'zix?

Kha'zix as a champion is super fun to play and he is unique with his evolution's. Obviously though his kit from the start makes it impossible to balance. You buff him anywhere he will dominate. His current state, he is super weak. He can't really jungle because of sheer squishiness. He can't lane anywhere because his dueling power solely relies on isolation. His evolution's are quite awkward being his ultimate is entirely useless to evolve. His evolved W was quite strong then they nerfed that as well. Overall I just want to play this champion again, but rework him so he can fit somewhere and be played. The main problem with Kha'zix is that all other assassins out class him severely. Zed, Rengar, Le blanc, Nidalee, Katarina all have decent kits (some being really strong) to actually fight and assassinate. Kha'zix has nothing compared to those champions. I want him back.
