Complete Reversion of all changes.

Tag the new passive onto his ult as a passive.

Rank 1 = Shrines Spawn at friendly red and blue. Rank 2 = Additional Shrines Spawn at Baron Dragon Rank 3 = Additional Shrines Spawn at enemy red and blue

P.S. The motto of "Keeping Champions Fresh" by completely reworking them is retarded, you are actively punishing players for pursuing mastery of champions. Please put whoever had this retarded idea in a new position in the company more suited for their skills (Like Janitor).

Not gonna lie, I'm really sad about these changes to Skarner. With Garen and Darius the changes to them made sense within their kit and fit into the game. But Skarner's new ability... it just makes his life harder and removes even more identity.

Don't get me wrong, it should help him win games, but it's so boring. It seems like no one had an original idea as to what to do with his kit (that sounds familiar) and decided to just throw some Xel'Naga Towers from SCII onto the map and say "Now he's unique!" The towers are too situational, and likely will just sit there, or cause players to prioritize them instead of an actual objective.

Unlike Garen, Darius, and even Morde (to an extent) this change doesn't really help Skarner as much as it just scrambles the game a little. And scrambling something that already functions fairly well isn't generally a good idea. Unless it's an egg, but League isn't an egg, so the analogy is kind of useless.
