Feeling terrible after a loss is a good thing

If you don't cry after the defeat soon appears, then you will never improve as a LoL player. I went from 36 wins over losses to 21. A cycle that had never felt worse in my life, however after I vowed to never lose a game the rest of the day again I went to 26 wins while my last game was 10/1/6 with over 180 CS in 20 minutes. Now I'm steadily climbing again.

No, I am a hundred percent serious. I literally cried for 5 minutes after I went through a huge losing streak.

Some people beat themselves up after loss as a source of reminder and motivation to progress.

But some people don't, as they just figure out what works and what don't and move on.

And there are other kinds of "git gud" as well, and anything in-between.

People are different.

This just in, psychology strongly linked to most active functions.

Later: Sky blue, grass green-- are my kids safe?

I can see your point but some people need to not tilt or take a break from the game instead of beating themselves up over a loss. You are going to lose games and the faster you can shrug them off and keep going the more you will learn and climb.

Source: Climbing on accounts.

It's good to learn from defeat but you should never let a win or loss carry over the next game. Teammates are different, opponents are different, champions are different. ReJoyce or be sad, but once the next game starts, you gotta start anew as well.

I did already, sitting at work, I now have 6 hours if phone time to kill lol. It's not good to overly beat you self up in defeat or overly celebrate a victory (unless you're in the super bowl or somethin)
