Dealing physical damage reduces an enemy champions Armor by 5%, stacking up to 5 times. AD lowered to 45 from 60. Flat Armor Pen remains 10.

The thing is, the passive needs to be related to actually jungling, with a minor effect on champions.

item 1401, for example, deals lots of damage to monsters, and lesser damage to champions, essentially making it a jungler's item 3068.

item 1402, for another example, restores Mana when proc'd on jungle monsters.

Such a replacement for Warrior would need to help the jungler actually jungle. I like the idea of a item 3074 version, built out of a item 3077 and a jungle item, that deals Cleave to monsters (And maybe minions) with the Crescent passive intact for champion fighting.
