Any tips for jungling new Aatrox?

I'm reaching out of my comfort zone and trying new things with champions I previously avoided for one reason or another. I wanted to give Aatrox a try after the update. Does anyone have any tips for jungling Aatrox? Things like how to survive the first clear given that he can't out-sustain the damage anymore. Which jungle item should I run with? Skirmishers with either Cinderhulk or Bloodrazor? I gave Cinderhulk a try after Bloodrazer didn't yield great results. I think there is a lot of potential with Guinsoo's Rageblade as a second item to get the 2-hit passive procs.

When should I be using Blood Thirst vs. Blood Price in a fight? How should I go about getting the stacks on my passive without getting blown up before stacking it? How should I approach dueling vs. fighting in teamfights? If I jump in to a teamfight I usually end up getting blasted before I can do anything meaningful. Should I wait for my team to engage before I engage or should I be the one starting the fight?

These are questions I am really looking for the answer to instead of resorting to champion balance as a poor explanation. There must be something I can do to improve my winrate or at least play to the very best of my abilities.
