Love the reasoning behind the veigar changes

Well guess who else does this. Leblanc. Except unlike veigar she doesn't pay for that ability through no mobility. Even better, unlike veigar who is gated by a long cooldown ult to obliterate a target, Leblanc can nuke someone with short cooldown spells.

I get it Riot you hate burst mages who can destroy a target in a second. Champs like annie and syndra were nerfed for this reason. DFG was removed because it caused some champions to do this. But if your going to do this atleast be consistent. Pretty much the entire assassin class operates as burst mages with mobility. If veigar is not allowed to blow someone up with drawbacks than I suggest you also apply those same rules to assassins who do it faster, with shorter cooldowns to gate their ability to blow someone up, and tons of mobility.
