I always gets my primary role, mid. I think some people are just unlucky.

I queue as support/fill. So far, all the games where I'm placed as support, someone forgets to lock in or ban, and the only games I've played were as jungle and adc.

The new champion select is a funny animal.

Edit: the true 100% guaranteed tip is to queue with a duo partner who wants another role. For example, if you and I would queue together, you pick jungle/support and I pick support/jungle. Even if it then places me as jungle and you as support, we can swap roles when we are actually picking our champions.

so far i lose support all the time with mid as my secondary.... i know people who are dodging because they dont get the role they wanted, i dont think people are "forgetting to lock in"

ur tip does not work people have been saying on the boards, duo's have been saying that the queue select requires you to have a different roll, so for ex with a duo there must be 3 different roles among you 2

I believe you, but really that's a ridiculous measure. How far would it go? What kind of sorcery will they implement to force people who queue with five to not always play their main?

I put jungle as my primary and mid as my secondary. I've gotten jungle 80% of the time. I think it's a fair system. Maybe you should swap your secondary.
