DCs should earn back teams LP.

People shouldn't lose LP because of a dc. My computer just crashed and my team fought hard but by the time I was able to load back in i couldn't catch up. My team didn't deserve to lose that. Return their LP. They deserve it.

Side note. I tweeted a picture of the crash to Riot Support. Hopefully they will do what is right.

If a full refund is unacceptable should refund a % of the LP back equal to the % of the total game length the DC was absent for.
