Can you get ur ult at level 5 with klepto

I saw a Vayne get an elixir of skill (lets ignore the fact that she had klepto on vayne for now) at level 5.

Honestly if she can get her ult at level 5 this would be disgusting and broken. So, can you?

No, you can't.

You're physically unable to get a point in your ult until levels 6, 11, and 16. The same way you can't get your second rank in a basic ability until level 3. The same way you can't max any of your basic abilities until level 9. It's locked into League's coding so you can't do that.

Wrong, you have to be level 6 in order to skill ult, if you're anything below that, you can't level it up/unlock it.

yes you can. if you're lucky enough to get elixir of skill, since it gives you a full xp point, then yeah it should be
