League of math, please tell me I'm crazy

Urgot With 4011 hp, and 120 armor (adjusted for Black cleaver and sudden impact, I watched the replay and that was the lowest point.) Up against an Illaoi with 371 AD and level 5 E, which if rounded up to 400 AD would do 77% of my max HP. Excluding reductions, she could have dealt a total of 3088 damage to me

Due to my reduction, assuming she didn't have any other sources of armor penetration,I looked she didn't, she should have dealt roughly 1389 after the 55% reduction. How on earth did she end up dealing 2780 damage to me? (Let's say I'm crazy, and I misremembered, let's round it down to 1700 damage. Even then, I don't understand.) I'm oh so very confused, please someone explain to me how the math applied so incorrectly. How is this coded.

Our items at the time were as follows

  1. Illaoi item 3053 item 3071 item 3812 item 3111 item 3067 item 3211
  2. Urgot item 3065 item 3111 item 3083 item 1011 item 3082 item 3024

Did you factor in runes and the varying amounts of armor penetration on each hit along with the E and the scale for armor a decreasing value as it increases?

The armor I had was the lowest value it got, and I did the maximum damage potential math with that. I also calculated her runes and she had deep impact that's all. So I still have no idea how this happened.

What did you look at to know she dealt 2780 damage with it? Death recap can’t be used, and if you watched the replay, check if it was the only source of damage. Otherwise strange :|

I watched back the replay, and I dropped from about 2800 to 300 health over the entire duration, and with healing it looks about right. After one tentacle slap on me, I was free of all other damage, so it seems legit...
