I don't understand why we're so conservative with balancing AP Ezreal...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't he meant to be an AP caster in the first place? This is the build we should be promoting, instead of adc ezreal. ADC ezreal is terrible.

There's already someone who plays APC Ezreal bot lane in like Master or Chall

The only way you can promote something is bring it to light and hopefully everyone on stream starts playing it then it will " become meta "

I believe the original champion spotlight called him the "Healling ADC".

Originally, his W healled allies and hurt enemies. It was changed shortly after because it was 2 stronk. While I much prefer playing AP ezreal over ADC ezreal, I can see why people play him AD and don't play him AP. He is very weak early game as an AP champ and takes a while to scale. His late game teamfight ults destroy people though XD

Teamfight starts, you ult, enemy team is now at half health XD

Given ezreal's unfamous item abusing history, I think it's fair we are conservative with balancing ez.

What item hasn't he gotten nerfed/removed?

Also, I don't really understand why they removed his 'w' debuff. If he hits an ally with it their attack speed goes up. It only makes sense for it to have the opposite effect on enemies.

i dont understand a champ who relies on spells and casting to need attack speed buffs
