Actually he is midgame snowballer and early game lane bully. He doesn't scale well with 20 % reduced crit dmg on Q and 10 % reduced crit on normal attacks, low hp, no MR per lvl and no AS steroid.

But here's the "deluded" part I'm talking about. 20% less crit on Q? Oh no! Even with the 20% less damage, he is almost always going to crit... so it's not "omg, 20% less damage" it's "omg, 80% MORE damage!". Yas players are REALLY good at claiming things are flaws when they're not.
Also, one could argue that Yas's Q IS an AS steroid, since it's basically a spammy AA reset. In fact, in many cases (early game especially) it's STRONGER than an AA steroid.

I think more of that power should be channeled into his Q and ultimate and completely removed from his passive. (His passive can just be flow, maybe they can make it more interesting, but at the moment his passive is too much.)

For comparison - Trynda, Yi and GP are with 125 - these 3 are the only melee champs with some crit synergy like Yasuo. 175 is range of the juggernauts. Xin (spear?), Wu, Fizz and Vi are also with 175 for some reason.
