@Riot: Reksai still needs more love to bring her into play without making her OP

Currently Rek'sai is not played at all and when she is her win rate is abysmal.

Change her Passive to: While Burrowed, Rek'sai heals for (1% + 1% per 100 tAD) of her max HP consuming 25% of her max Rage per second for up to 4 seconds.

Add to her W un-burrow: Knockup prioritizes champions. This would add back her skill expression to the knockup. (this would be edge to edge not center to edge like it is now)

Add to her E Burrowed: Rek'asi is untargetable while inside a tunnel. This would allow her to dive and make her a bit more slippery. Also add skill expression to her play.

E changes are insane. This effectively allows RekSai to annihilate people with his E and ult and just tunnel on outta there. We don't need a knew Zed, thank you.

Give her her old ult if she has below 100 Rage, and give her her new ult if she is at 100 Rage.

she's in a good spot right now, the new buffs are welcome as they're quite small but she doesn't need more of them.

Too bad her Ult changes are really buggy and Riot does not seem to really care.

Often you will Ult and still get killed/CCed even tho your Ult went off and you are suppose to not be targetable.

Actually, people who main her manage to get her to a 53% winrate, im proud of her mains staying strong, but currently she takes a lot of time and practice to pick up properly, and after these new buffs her mains could prob make her work at a 56 if not 55% winrate if her playrate stays at 1.7%
