You're playing Underworld TF, whose model is smaller than his hitbox.

incorrect, he used to be banned because his playing cards on his Q were smaller, but I think they fixed that

besides, if the only reason that rocket counted as a hit was because my model was smaller then my hit box then Riot has a lot of explaining to do, that is a huge difference
