Thank you Riot for the small indirect buff to tank junglers!

I love Cinderhulk but I hated that you can't not turn it off or on since I usually run boots of Mobility and would lose my speed buff when I come to gank because the minions would start attacking me when I reached the lane and though I'd still wish it was a toggle ability this will definitely help my ganks since minions won't take away my speed boof until I actually gank which means even if my enemies ward if they overextend too far in lane they are less likely to get away because the minion wave they've gathered there won't attack me until I attack them. Thanks riot!
