(WIP) Hypothetical AP Overhaul

I didn't get to all the existing AP items yet, and added a couple new(?) ones (the last one on the list could probably be better tuned, I just kinda threw it together).

Right now, I'm trying to make sure everything is about as cost-efficient as it should be, while also looking for any itemization gaps that could/should be filled.

(I could also use something nicer than Pastebin to post it with. Too much text for a forum post, though.)

I like it except liandries and deathfire shouldnt be unique for precision. Also why did you chang it from magic pen to precision. Precision would be awkward as well as i can see it being broken on some mixed champs. Corki/kat im looking at you.

On an unrelated note, Liandry's is a bizarre item. It's a tank-melting item that builds out of what's basically the AP Serrated Dirk, as in an item that helps kill squishier targets.

I almost think its burn passive should be moved to a new item while Liandry's itself gets a new effect.

Made some changes.

  • Fixed several values.

  • Reverted Magic Penetration to live functionality.

  • Haunting Guise now gives only HP+AP, with a new item added to give Magic Penetration.

  • Following the above, Liandry's no longer gives flat penetration, but its burn was buffed slightly.

  • Removed Void Staff until I can think of what to do with it.
