Fizz is too strong (again), and now he's showing up toplane and building tank/bruiser (again).

My suggestion?

Remove the minion damage reduction from his passive.

He was already showing top lane before that. Riot needs to gut triforce (which is insanely broken in terms of stats) and rework all divers/bruisers. For every reason that an irelia can go 2 dmg item (tri/botrk) and full tank and kill a squish within the stun duration is every single reason why tank fizz will work.

As long as Vi, hecarim, lee, riven, irelia, jax, fiora et all bruisers exist in their current forms, a MELEE only (we aren't counting ults because then riven is ranged or irelia is ranged) moderate mobility champion (riven/fiora/lee) have comparable levels of mobility and has the same on level kill times as most bruisers as well as ZERO resets (so he is in melee or relative melee range). He is unlike most every assassin where he has zero range poke and zero mobility resets (kha, kat, akali (zed/lb get port backs, talon can hop over wall after wall)). He is most like rengar which surprise, also builds bruiser-esque. He is closer to a bruiser than a real assassin.

You either give resets to fizz, or give him range so he can knock down opponents before the all in or you rework all bruisers.

Um. Fizz was garbage before the POWER SHIFTS. Not plain buffs. They shifted power from ultimate into rest of kit. Right now, Fizz is still garbage. In addition, with the nerfs to ultimate, his ultimate is so fucking shitty it's barely worth using because the hitbox is the width of a hair.

Except those statistics are near meaningless, not to mention you cited entire webpages full of different statistics?

In addition, there are a ton of factors that go into the overarching complete-average winrate. Which you know, you conveniently ignored.

Feel like actually making a specific point instead of just listing a bunch of websites which even a monkey could do?

Frankly, they probably just need to revert the buffs.

He was just as strong as he needed to be in middle beforehand, and allowing Fizz in a lane where melees have to deal with point-blank sharks all the time is just asking for trouble.
